Holland

Holland has been a spin instructor since 2020. She started taking spin classes in college and fell in love. She became determined to be an instructor no matter what it took! Holland’s goal in every class is to give everyone a safe space to be themselves and celebrate movement and their bodies. She believes fitness shouldn’t be scary or intimidating and group fitness is for everyone. She hopes everyone who steps into her class finds an empowering space to level up and have fun doing it. “Wellness looks different for everyone. We are all so different. Perfection isn’t attainable, but fighting to become the best version of yourself daily is!”

Holland loves playing all types of music in her classes. Expect to hear LOTS of female artists and uplifting power anthems. She believes in being her authentic self in and out of the room in hopes that others will see the beauty in being authentically themselves, too!

Holland graduated from the University of Arizona in 2019 with a degree in journalism and communication. She battled autoimmune health problems her entire young adulthood and has seen the benefits of nutrition and movement in her own life. This inspired her to become a certified holistic health coach - she graduated from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in 2020. She is currently a cycling instructor and a coach at Rumble boxing in Gilbert, AZ.
