Holland Scattergood
Holland
Holland has been an indoor cycling instructor since 2020, but her love for the bike started long before that. She discovered spin classes in college and fell head-over-heels for the energy, the community, and the way movement made her feel alive. From that moment, she knew she was meant to be an instructor, no matter what it took to get there.
Throughout her young adulthood, Holland battled autoimmune disease, which at times left her feeling drained, defeated, and stuck in a dark place. Movement became more than a workout, it became her medicine, her release, and ultimately, her way out. The mental and physical transformation she found through fitness inspired her to become a certified holistic health coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in 2020. Now, she brings that same passion for healing, resilience, and self-empowerment into every ride she coaches.
Holland’s mission is simple: create a workout space that feels safe, fun, authentic, and completely judgment-free. She believes fitness shouldn’t be scary or intimidating, and that group movement is truly for everyone. In her classes, you’ll laugh, you’ll sweat, you’ll hype yourself up, and you might even tap into strength you didn’t know you had. Her hope is that every person who steps into her class feels seen, supported, and inspired to level up in their own way.
You can expect playlists filled with female artists, uplifting power anthems, and electric energy that celebrates movement, individuality, and self-love. Holland shows up as her real self, unfiltered, spirited, imperfect, proving that perfection isn’t the goal, presence is. As she always says:
“Wellness looks different for all of us. We’re beautifully different. Perfection isn’t attainable, but showing up daily to fight for the best version of yourself is!”
Holland graduated from the University of Arizona in 2019 with a degree in journalism and communication, a storyteller at heart, a coach on the bike. She hopes that by sharing her light, others will find the courage to shine their own, too.
It's not about being perfect, it's about trying your best, showing up, and putting in honest work.
