Be Courteous
We love to work as a team. If you want to do your own thing, we highly encourage that, but please consider not booking a front row or side bike.
If you book a front row or sidebar bike, remember you are a leader and an example for the class. Be mindful of others when booking your bike.
Unplug
Please refrain from bringing your phone into the spin room. If you do, please place it on DND and be present. For some people, these 45 minutes are their only “me time” so let’s respect that. Phones are very distracting to everyone in the room.
We Ride Close
As a tight-knit team, we ride close together to share the love and energy! We love to sweat together but overpowering scents and smells can be very distracting. Kindly make sure to apply deodorant.
Late Policy
If you arrive at the studio 15 minutes after class, you will not be charged a late fee but you may not enter the class.
Entering and Exiting During Class
We understand things happen where you may need to leave or enter the room after class already started. Please enter and exit through spin room door B (when facing the instructor stage, the door to the left).
If you arrive late, please enter the spin room door furthest down the hall. If possible, wait for a staff member to walk you into the spin room.
