Golden Rule

Treat everyone with respect, understanding, and kindness. We are a team. LEAVE JUDGEMENT AT THE DOOR.

Be Courteous

Be mindful of others when booking your bike. Front row and sidebar bikes are naturally more visible to the rest of the class, so please do your best to not distract others (phone usage, leaving the room, talking over the instructor). As long as you are focused, present, and respectful of others, we encourage you to sit where you want. As we always say before class, please modify any movements to fit your needs – everyone is different!

Unplug

Please refrain from bringing your phone into the spin room. If you do, please place it on dnd and be present. For some riders, these 45 minutes are their only ‘me time’, so let’s respect that. Phones are very distracting to everyone in the room.

We Ride Close

As a tight-knit team, we ride close together to share the love and energy! We love to sweat together, but overpowering scents and smells can be very distracting. Kindly make sure to apply deodorant.

Late Policy

To minimize disruption, after class has been in session for 5 minutes you may not enter class if you arrive late. Please call ahead if you know you will be late. You will not be charged if you show up but you may not enter the class.

Entering and Exiting During Class

We understand things happen where you may need to leave the room. If you arrive late, please enter and exit through spin room door B (when facing the instructor stage, the door to the left). Please wait for a staff member to walk you into the room. We ask that you do not leave unless it is an emergency.

Food and Drink

We no longer allow any outside food or drink into the spin room. Water only! This keeps clean-up for our staff smooth and easy. This also keeps our spin floors from being sticky!

Filmed Classes

Certain classes are filmed for social media and on-demand. As long as you are being courteous of others and giving it your all, we encourage you to book any bike you like! We appreciate you staying off your phone and staying in the room for the whole class if possible.

The Perfect NYX

We want to create the safest and most joyful space for our riders and staff. High fives, hugs, and post-class chats are highly encouraged. We love you all so much!
