How do I book a class?
You can book a class using our Free NYX Cycle + Fitness app for iOS and Android or through our website at www.nyxcycle.com.
How far out can I book my classes?
You can book up to seven days in advance as a drop-in or if you have a package. If you have a membership, you can book up to 14 days in advance.
Do you offer spin shoe rentals?
Yes, you can rent spin shoes for $2.
Can I bring my own spin shoes?
Yes! Our bikes are SPD compatible.
Can I ride in my tennis shoes?
Yes, you can.
Do you have water?
Yes! We have bottled water for $2, as well as a water machine to fill up your bottle for free.
Can I book a class for a guest?
Yes, you can book a class for a guest using your credits.
How early should I arrive to class?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure you’re set up for the ride.
What is the cancellation policy for classes I’ve signed up for?
If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, there is a cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, there is no fee.
Do you offer shower facilities?
Yes, we offer locker rooms with showers.
What happens if I don’t cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window?
Unlimited members will be charged $15, while credit members will lose their credit.
What is your cancellation policy for the month-to-month unlimited monthly memberships?
You can cancel your membership at any time. However, if your payment has already been processed for the month, your cancellation will go into effect the following month.
What is your cancellation policy for the unlimited monthly membership with a 6-month commitment?
You can cancel your membership after the 6 months are over.
What is your refund policy?
Retail items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn with tags attached.
How do I use an electronic gift card?
You can bring the gift card into the studio to be placed on your account, or you can apply it to your purchases from within the NYX app or website.
